Employee Spotlight: Jason Wiebe

Meet Jason Wiebe, the RT II and MT II Technician for the Non-Destructive Testing service at Red Flame Industries Inc. Jason has been with Red Flame Industries Inc. for over four years and he has a promising future ahead.

We want to showcase our appreciation for his efforts as Jason has established quite a strong reputation among our employees and our clients.

Jason is always available on short notice and does an excellent job of working with clients, ensuring they are happy!

His favorite project was working with a client in the Kirby area where he learned a lot on that job; he was still new at that point and it was his first time running a truck by himself.

What we admire most about Jason is that he continually strives for more. He is always trying to get new certifications that will help him and the company, and takes work on enthusiastically for any project.

He is in constant communication with Operations to see if things need to be picked up or dropped off when he’s working in certain areas, and even grabs consumables for the company when needed. Jason’s work ethic is very high, and he knows how his job function fits in and where he can help out.

It is clear that Jason has genuine care for his peers, and we appreciate the integrity, hard work, and commitment with which he works.

When we asked Jason about why he enjoys working with us, he said: “My experience with Red Flame has been great; everyone is really great to deal with. They are always looking for more work and have kept me quite busy through my career with this company.”

When Jason has some downtime and isn’t on the road, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Just like Jason, at Red Flame Industries Inc., we ensure that we meet and exceed our clients’ expectations by offering them turn-key industrial solutions and unmatched service.
