Employee Spotlight: Carter Northey

Meet Carter Northey, the Business Development and Marketing expert at Red Flame Industries Inc. Carter began his career at Red Flame Industries Inc. twelve years ago and continues to have a bright future.

It’s tough to put into words Carter’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring him on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for his efforts. Carter has a strong reputation among our employees as well as among our clients.

As a professional, Carter utilizes his field experience to be able to provide technical, “boots on the ground” expertise to our clients. He also brings a keen eye to detail creating our marketing material and campaigns as well as assisting with fieldwork and operations whenever required.

On the personal side, Carter enjoys mountain biking in summer with his family, golfing when he can, and enjoying Calgary’s diverse craft brewing community. In the winter, he likes skiing the back country as he was a big-time skier growing up (being a part of Freestyle Skiing Canada for a time) and getting back up to Red Deer and Kelowna to see family when he can.

When we asked Carter about why he loves working with us, he said, “The best part about working at Red Flame is the people I get to interact with on a daily basis. We have some of the most professional people in their space, whether it be engineering, sales, safety, or operations. Red Flame has given me the opportunity to diversify my background from my experience in the field to venturing into sales, and continuing with marketing that I took in school and helping with operations when needed.”

He isn’t wrong!

At Red Flame Industries Inc., we take great pride in providing specialized industrial solutions to clients throughout Canada as well as across the U.S.A and Mexico.
